Music Collector - CD Catalog Software, CD Database Software

Use this music database software to catalog your collection of CDs, LPs, Minidiscs, etc... Adding albums to the database is quick and easy, no typing needed. Just insert a CD in your CD-ROM drive, scan its barcode or type artist and title. Music Collector will automatically download all information from various sources on the internet (like CDDB, Amazon and AMG), including the cover image. It can also read CDTEXT information, if available.
After adding your albums, the resulting database can be browsed, sorted and searched in various ways (e.g. find all tracks with the word "love" in the title, sort your CDs by Genre, etc...). Album and track lists can be printed and exported to HTML, CSV files or XML. Use the integrated Loan Manager to track which albums you loaned and to whom.
A free trial edition of the program is available, which is limited to 100 albums. If you decide you like it, you can buy a license key (a license key is a 12-digit number based on your name). Enter your key into the License screen of the software and the 100 album limit will be removed. Ordering is risk-free because of our 30-day money back guarantee.
