Selecting the type of email messages to be automatically scanned for new contacts You can define what types of messages will be automatically scanned for new contacts: only replied messages, only new and forwarded messages, or both.
Manual check of sent items for new contacts You can easily collect contacts from messages you have sent by selecting a folder, a group, or messages, and then starting the manual contact collection.
Retrieving the contact name from the address line and the message body ContactsCollector reads the address line for the contact name that corresponds to the email address. If it cannot detect the contact name from the address line, it reads the greeting line and signature in the message body. Placing collected contacts in the specified folder ContactsCollector places collected contacts in the \\Mailbox - \Contacts folder by default. You can specify another Microsoft Outlook folder.
Assigning categories to the collected contacts You can automatically assign categories to the collected contacts.
Displaying the message scanning process You can view the message scanning process, and you can stop it if you want.
