K9 is a small utility that is used to make sure that the clock on your PC is synchronised with the others on your LAN. It does this by listening for NTP time broadcasts on your LAN. If your LAN doesn't have NTP time broadcasts Tardis can provide them, although K9 does not require Tardis to be present. K9 supports Windows 95 (K995.exe), Windows 3.1 (K931.exe), and Windows NT (K9nt.exe). The NT version is an NT service.
